tattoo concept vs actual tattoo

So showed my Tat artist my concept, this is what he came up with.... still have one more sitting to do once healed up, small details and touch-ups, etc. But looks pretty decent now.... though in hindsight, kinda with he made the skin effect a little more like my concept... Overall happy with it so far though, the minute changes I want, will have him do when I go back.
